Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders ship within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping within the U.S.
- Free shipping on orders of $300 or more
- $15 flat rate on orders under $300
- Delivery takes 2–5 business days after your order ships
International shipping
- $40 flat rate on orders under $250
- $20 flat rate on orders of $250 or more
- Delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Partner brands
Some items ship separately from our partner brands and may arrive in a separate package.
Free in-store pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order at Krave Aventura, 18677 West Dixie Highway, Miami, FL 33180. We'll email you when it's ready, usually within 24 hours.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at shopatkrave@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if relevant). We review each case individually.
